David Fuster: "The player appreciates the individualized work we carry out at the VCF Academy"

VCF media interviews David Fuster, head of the Talent Management Department

The training process in football is becoming more and more relevant. For natural talent, which arises almost spontaneously, many elements of individual and group improvement must be incorporated into a global formation of footballers on their way to the elite.

Talent Management is an important aspect of the VCF Academy and last season a specific department was created to work individually with the players.

The head of the Talent Management Department, former player David Fuster, explained to VCF Media some specific aspects of his work that he carries out together with Javi Venta, Juan Monar and Jorge Manteca.
